What is The Ruana's Rose®?
The Ruana's Rose® is an independent apothecary brand offering rose-centred mists and botanical goods, created slowly and intentionally. Each piece is designed not as a trend, but as a quiet ritual - something to return to.
Are your products handmade?
At this time, our mists are professionally produced by a trusted Australian supplier using high-quality botanical ingredients. Each product is carefully selected, finished, and presented by us to meet our aesthetic, sensory, and quality standards.
As the brand evolves, a small-batch and limited-run creations may be introduced.
Are your products natural?
We prioritise organic botanical ingredients and thoughtfully composed formulations. Our products are free from artificial fragrance, sulphates, and parabens, and are selected for balance, skin feel, and reliability - nothing ornamental, nothing unnecessary.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Yes. Our products contain natural, appropriate, skin-safe preservatives to ensure stability, safety, and shelf-life.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

How do I use the Rose Face·Hair·Body Mist?
Mist generously onto clean skin, hair, or body. Use after cleansing, before rest, or whenever you wish to return to yourself. There is no wrong moment.
How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We use genuine Miron (violet) glass to naturally protect the contents from light degradation and preserve vitality.
What is the shelf life?
Each product carries a recommended use-by period on its label. For the most beautiful experience, we encourage use within this timeframe.
Miron Glass & Packaging
Why Miron (violet) glass?
Miron glass is not simply tinted or coloured like conventional packaging. It is a specialised violet glass engineered in Germany to filter out harmful light while allowing beneficial wavelengths to pass through. This helps protect and preserve botanical formulations naturally, maintaining freshness, aroma, and integrity over time.
What if my glass bottle arrives damaged?
While we package with great care, glass remains fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The internal protective packaging
- The external shipping box
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit in accordance with our policy.
Do you offer refunds for broken glass?
Due to the nature of glassware, refunds are not automatically issued. Verified transit damage may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia & to New Zealand. Please note that international delivery times and costs may vary.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we do not offer local pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
What if I receive the wrong item?
In the rare event of an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a prompt resolution.
Skin Sensitivity & Patch Testing
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulations are designed to be gentle; however, skin is deeply individual. We always recommend patch testing prior to first use.
How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of product to the inner arm or behind the ear. Leave for 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

No. We are intentionally small. Every order supports slow production, ethical sourcing, and thoughtful creation.
Are your products always available?
We aim to maintain consistent availability of our core products. In the rare event an item is temporarily unavailable, updates will be provided on the product page.
